Germany Self-Catering Holidays
Among the European countries Germany stands separately. The country has
no beach resorts and the climate is far from perfect. But every year it
manages to attract crowds of tourists from all over the world. The
reason is that Germany has many interesting places to see.
Unfortunately, they are scattered all over the country. So when you travel Germany
it is probably best to arrange a route for yourself and find apartments
for rent. The ideal way to spend your holiday will be to stay in one
city for a few days and then move to another. This will enable you to
get a good idea about the country as a whole, not just one or two most
famous cities or places.
German car rent is quite affordable and comfortable. Driving a car
between cities is incredibly quick and enjoyable as German roads are
famous all over the world. If you have a car, you can visit all best
hotels and resorts like the famous spa resort in Baden-Baden or go
through Germany to see Nuremberg. Germany may impress you as a country
from the book you had in your childhood as everything seem so proper
and new, that you have an impression of someone checking every minute
if the road is dirty or if some houses need repairs.
In Germany you won't see much sun and you won't be able to have a
seaside rest. However, if you travel Germany in autumn, you can dry
some freshly produced wine. That is also one of the german contrasts,
because the country is quite far away to the north if compared with
France or Hungary, but it still produces some fine wine. On the whole
Germany is a place to remember - and certainly a place to see!
